At BODHI (Horus Trade), we are committed to delivering high-quality, handmade products crafted with care. As many of our products are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is structured to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of our production process.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at:

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days.
2. RETURNS – GENERAL CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- The item must be resalable
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order / custom-made products
- Handmade items produced specifically for your order
- Products customized in size, color, or design upon request
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
- Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons once opened
4. RETURN PROCESS
- Contact us at support@bodhi.com.tr
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item to the provided return address
- Provide tracking information
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- International orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Defective or incorrect items: Shipping costs are covered by BODHI
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us at support@bodhi.com.tr
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will offer:
- Replacement
- Repair (if applicable)
- Full or partial refund
9. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For size or preference changes, please contact us for case-by-case support.
10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- These charges are non-refundable
If a shipment is refused due to customs charges, any return costs or losses may be deducted from the refund.
11. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
BODHI is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs clearance delays
- Lost packages without tracking
