This Preliminary Information Form (“Form”) has been prepared to inform the Buyer (“BUYER”) regarding the distance sales contract (“Contract”) to be established between Horus Trade / S.Ş.Güneş (“SELLER”) and the BUYER, whose details are provided below;

In accordance with:

• Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
• Regulation on Distance Contracts
• Applicable international consumer protection regulations

Products are made-to-order.

Production Time: 2–3 business days (up to 4 business days during busy periods).

After production, products are handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Important: Delivery to PO Box and DPO addresses is not available.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (TURKEY & EU)

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER within this period.

7. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Products made according to the BUYER’s specific requests
• Custom-made or handmade products prepared upon order
• Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (if unsealed/opened)
• Used or damaged products

8. RETURN AND REFUND TERMS

• The returned product must be sent back within 10 days following the withdrawal notice
• The product must be unused and in resellable condition
• Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER

The SELLER shall process the refund within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the product is defective, the BUYER may exercise their legal rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (KVKK & GDPR)

The SELLER processes the BUYER’s personal data for the following purposes:

• Order processing
• Delivery operations
• Customer support
• Legal obligations

The BUYER has the right to:

• Access their data
• Request correction or deletion
• Object to processing
• Request data portability

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

The SELLER shall not be held liable for:

• Force majeure events
• Shipping carrier delays
• Delays caused by customs procedures

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes within Türkiye:
