Production Process

As part of our minimalist production philosophy, most of our products are made to order rather than kept in stock. Once your order is placed, production begins and typically takes 2–3 business days, or up to 4 business days during busy periods. After production is completed, your order will be shipped via express delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping within Türkiye
• United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: $20
• Rest of the World: $29

The shipping rates above apply to handmade and small-sized products.

For large or heavy items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product.

Important Note

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box or DPO addresses.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed when the package reaches the destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
