Production and Shipping Process

Because we produce with a minimalist mindset, we do not stock most products and produce them on order. After your order is received, production begins and this may take approximately 2-3 days, or up to 4 business days on busy days. Once production is complete, we ship the products to you via express shipping.

We offer free shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Turkey.

Important Note: Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Box and DPO addresses.

• Australia, Middle East countries, Japan, China, New Zealand, and other countries ⇒ Free shipping on orders over $300 USD

Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe ⇒ $24 USD shipping fee
Australia, Middle East countries, Japan, China, New Zealand, and other countries ⇒ $30 USD shipping fee

Regarding customs duties and fees:

The recipient is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and fees applied when the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; We have no control over these fees and cannot predict how much they will be.

How to Track Your Shipment?

When your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email will contain your tracking number. You can track your shipment from the “Where is my shipment?” link on our website or from the shipping company’s website.
