The BODHI Women’s Barefoot Ballet Flat is designed to support the natural movement of the feet with a minimalist approach. Featuring a genuine brown leather upper, flexible zero-drop rubber sole and wide toe box, this handmade barefoot ballet flat is designed for everyday movement and comfort.

Each pair is handmade to order by experienced shoemakers. Instead of mass production, BODHI focuses on craftsmanship, natural materials and conscious production.

Once your order is received, production begins immediately and typically takes 2–3 business days, or up to 4 business days during busy periods. After production is completed, your order is shipped via express delivery.

We use high-quality full-grain or top-grain genuine leather in our shoes. This ensures both durability and flexibility. Over time, the leather adapts to the shape of your feet, providing a personalized level of comfort.

Thin & Flexible Sole

The sole is designed to be especially thin and flexible. This allows you to feel closer to the ground, offering a more natural and comfortable walking experience.

Wide Toe Box

The front of the shoe is designed wide enough to let your toes spread naturally without being compressed. This design supports the natural shape of your feet, enhancing comfort and promoting long-term foot health.

Zero Drop

There is no height difference between the heel and the toe. This promotes a more natural posture and helps maintain proper body alignment while walking. It also reduces strain on your legs and lower back during daily use.

Breathable Structure

Thanks to the natural leather, your feet can breathe throughout the day. It helps reduce moisture buildup, keeping your feet dry and comfortable.

Outsoles

  • Rubber Sole: Rubber offers many advantages and, compared to other synthetic compounds like TPU, is one of the most durable materials available in terms of abrasion resistance. It is also biodegradable, provides excellent shock absorption, is highly slip-resistant, and lighter than similar materials—ensuring optimal grip and protection on all surfaces.
  • Leather Sole: The flexible leather outsole maintains durability and breathability while providing better balance, posture, and sensory feedback. It is ideal for those seeking minimalist comfort with a premium, handcrafted feel.

Copper Rivet Grounding Technology

To help discharge static electricity from the body, copper rivets are installed in the soles of the shoes. This strengthens the connection between your body and the ground, potentially improving energy flow, reducing stress, and minimizing inflammation.

We have all experienced moments when we get small electric shocks from touching objects—this is due to static electricity buildup in the body. Thanks to the copper rivets integrated into our soles, this static electricity is transferred to the ground, helping to minimize the electrical charge in your body.
